  My parents stopped by there a couple of weeks ago. My mom wanted to upgrade her Iphone. She upgraded to an Iphone7 plus and found out the next day not only did she have the incorrect size of the glass protector but the case as well. My parents returned to the Sprint location and one associate was there with many customers waiting. My mom was charged another $30.00 for the glass protector and the associate working did not want to spend the time to listen or take note that whoever sold her those accessories were in the wrong. My parents have done a lot of business there. How disappointing this was to hear.
