I wanted to give 0 Stars but site requires at least one. I would NOT recommend this shop. They "worked" on my laptop twice without fixing it. In the process, they down graded me from Win. 10 Home to Windows 8.1 without my permission - "because it was easier for them to work on it" (they said). I did get "most" of my money back, and I was provided a "link" to reinstall Win. 10 Home, but it was apparently an unlicensed version of Win. 10 Pro N which expired after 6 months leaving me with no way to re-activate Windows because they had erased my product key. It took Microsoft tech support SIX HOURS continuous work on my laptop over the phone to get Windows reinstalled. Computers For All actually said if a computer is over 2/3 years old, it's best to just get a new one. After my fiasco with them, I agree.
